Voting Day!

Had been asking ard who would u cast your precious vote to?

there are 2 different scenarios which will lead to different voting decision..:
(1) walkover/PRs - prob will have the intention to vote for the opposition party.
(2) who needs to vote - most prob will cast their vote with the PAP.

I will represent the PRs view in this entry. haha

For my info, my block was selected for lift upgrading.
Pros:
- Yea the lifts is now serving residents at all levels.
- Elderly people will benefit from this upgrading proposal.

Cons:
- Residents need to pay for it.
- S'porean needs to pay $390? (if i rem correctly)
- PRs needs to PAY $7800/7900 (if i rem correctly)

Thou it will benefit residents in a way BUT seriously speaking, to many familes having to pay a few hundred dollars for the upgrading may be difficult. They probably will wish to spend their $ on stuff which they need more. And YES, the PRs families will need to pay an amount which is like 20 times more???? ($390X20=$7800)

And if the proposal is proposed to benefit the elderly people, can the elderly people afford it? hmm just a tot huh.. haha

Well i guess from the PRs point of view, voting for the opposition party (if they are allowed to) will create competition and probably the PRs may not need to pay so much $.

Anyway, no matter which party wins the vote, I hope the welfare of the PRs will be look into too! haha thats my tot! (i guess my dad supports my tot too)
